20th June 2026 - Part II: Women’s health, fitness, nutrition
The participants had the opportunity to train with fitness coach Andrea Marx in an intensive two-hour practical workshop focused on strength training and powerlifting fundamentals.
The session combined technical instruction, hands-on coaching, and individualized feedback, enabling participants to refine their lifting techniques and gain confidence in their training approach.

The workshop highlighted that successful strength training is not only about lifting heavier weights, but also about developing technique, consistency, body awareness, and sustainable training habits. Through expert guidance and hands-on practice, participants gained valuable tools to continue their strength and fitness journey with greater confidence and effectiveness.
